Orders means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Domestic Shipping

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow these additional days for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping method: Hermes/Evri Standard
Shipment cost: £4.95
Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days 

Shipping method: Hermes/Evri Next Day
Shipment cost: £6.95
Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur but we will always endeavour to be timely.

Shipment confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has been shipped which will be followed up by an email from Evri.  Tracking numbers can be requested at the point of shipping if desired.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

BEEFARMING.CO.UK is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


If the shipment is lost, BEEFARMING.CO.UK will take steps to investigate and locate the shipment prior to offering a full refund or replacement item.  If You received Your Order damaged, please contact us immediately, taking pictures and providing as much detail as possible within 24 hours, LIVESTOCK being an exception, please see below.

LIVESTOCK: We must be notified of problems with LIVESTOCK within 4 hours of receipt, if there’s a delay We hold the right to withhold any and all refunds.  Please be sure to provide details and photos, particularly with respect to DOAs (Dead on Arrival).

Transfer of your personal data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.

The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your data and other personal information.
